Fundraiser Opportunities

Our packages offer something for every taste and budget. We can help to make your wedding day an effortless celebration of your vows. You can also personalize your selections by mixing and matching between packages. 

Fundraiser Opportunities

We’re here to help you raise money for your school, charity or sports team. Our fundraising programs are a perfect way for teachers, PTAs, school families, sports teams and the entire student body to get involved and raise funds for specific school-related initiatives, such as supplies, athletics, events and infrastructure.

Below are the some of the Fundraisers that Cousin Vinny’s can offer your organization.
  • Comedy or Hypnotise Show

    Tickets costs $60, and approximately half of the proceeds will be donated to your organization. Different choice of food or entertainment may alter final ticket prices. There is a minimum of 80 people, and a maximum of 140 people. Entertainment is provided by professional Comedians from all over Canada. This fundraiser is only offered on Saturday nights from 7pm - 11pm. 


    * No deposit is required to book, however you are responsible to sell a minimum of 80 tickets, with a goal to sell out at 140 tickets.

    * Everything is organized by our team except for ticket sales; you just need to show up and have a few volunteers at the door on the night of the event. 


    MEAL OPTIONS


    OPTION A: Pasta Dinner

    $20 per person, including tax 

    - Choice of Spaghetti and Meatballs or Fettuccini Chicken Alfredo

                                              

    OPTION B: Buffet

    $25 per person, including tax

  • Porketta Bingo

    In order to do this fundraiser, you must be a registered non-profit organization that has the ability to apply for this license with the City of Greater Sudbury. Once you get your license Cousin Vinny’s can help you organize the entire process. 


    Typically tickets for Porketta Bingo are sold for $25 and the player gets 3 cards (additional cards can be purchased for $5 each). 50/50 raffles are allowed if they are applied at the same time as the Bingo license. 

     

    Porketta Bingo's are typically scheduled from 2pm-4:30pm on Saturday afternoon(s). However, they can also be hosted from 8pm-11pm on Saturday nights. 


    Breakdown of Cost:

    $350 for Porketta

    $150-200 for the Bingo Caller

    $200 for Gratuity for Servers

    Total Cost $700

  • Wingo Bingo

    $400 for Wings (40lbs)

    $150-200 for the Bingo Caller

    $200 for Gratuity for Servers

    Total Cost $750

  • Celebrity Server

    We could always use an extra hand! Any player from a sports organization or student can volunteer to work alongside a server at Cousin Vinny's. Book a Tuesday night from 5pm-7:30pm , then invite your friends and family to come dine with us. We will donate 15% of regular sales and 30% of buffet sales to your organization. This is a great way to fundraise for your school or sports team, build team work and get a glimpse of the behind-the-scenes fun at your local Cousin Vinnys

  • Spaghetti Dinner

    Adult tickets are sold for $30 and Kids tickets are sold for $15; this includes:

    - Choice of Spaghetti and Meatballs with Garlic Bread or Fettuccini Chicken Alfredo with Garlic Bread


    Receive $10 from every Adult ticket and $5 from every Kids ticket to be donated to your organization.

  • Live Band or Tribute Night

    Tickets are sold for $40 and includes a pasta dinner. Tickets can be sold for $10 for entertainment only (no dinner included).


    Dinner includes:

    - Choice of Spaghetti and Meatballs with Garlic Bread or Fettuccini Chicken Alfredo with Garlic Bread


    Or Choose  Buffet for $60 per ticket

    $25 per ticket goes towards your organization.

  • Magic Show for the Kids

    Adult tickets are sold for $25 and Kids tickets are sold for $20 (kids under 12 years).

    -$10 per ticket goes towards your organization.


    Pizza is served during the show, includes free drink for children.
